Particularly one made for data collection) so never do that, the first line of an email often needs to be scrolled down to beyond a full page down only to scroll pages back up to add info needed from email to details section.Never seen or used a more sloppy and user unfriendly system I can't think of one thing in my day to day job that Salesforce hasn't made harder to access and more difficult to process. Simple things like reading an email takes multiple extra steps, the email is printed as all one text in a tiny window on the side, (no seperation of separate responses) double clicking text to highlight or copy will completely throw the system into chaos and CANNOT be done (indicative of poorly planned and coded system right there. It really can't handle emails in an organized manner so if you use emails it will slow the process to a crawl. Probably good for management as so much data is recorded but daily users productivity will fall dramatically as most of that data must still be recorded manually and this sloppy system does not make it easy to do. Around-the-clock teamwork and assistance with 99.99 guaranteed uptime and 24/7 support with a four-hour response time. Compliance requirements met with data exports for all messages. Do Salesforce products integrate with outside applications. All the goodness of Pro, and: Advanced identity management through SAML-based SSO and real-time Active Directory sync with OneLogin, Okta and Ping Identity. I can't beleive whatever salesmen have managed to sell this straight up,poorly made program to any company let alone all of them but it's a bad product made by people who seem to have never had a job before or done any administrative work before.
